A fanzine is an original anthology book (digital and/or physical) featuring a collection of exclusive artworks and written pieces following a fandom or a theme.◆◇ What's this zine about?
The zine will explore the relationship between Sonic the Hedgehog and Shadow the Hedgehog throughout the franchise's history!◆◇ Is the zine going to be NSFW?
No. While shipping will be allowed, the zine will remain strictly SFW.◆◇ Will the zine be digital or physical?
The zine will be both physical and digital, with merch!◆◇ Is this zine for-profit or for-charity?
The zine will be 100% for-charity! Our chosen charity is Rainbow Railroad, a Canadian-based organization helping LGBT+ people facing discrimination and persecution escape within or outside their home country. You can read more about Rainbow Railroad and their mission statement and donate on their website.◆◇ Will we see moments from Sonic X/Sonic Boom/Archie comics/etc.?
Yes! We wish to feature all canons of the franchise, including non-game canons (shows, comics, movies, etc.)!◆◇ Are Alternate Universes allowed?
Alternate Universes will be allowed on a case by case basis, since we mainly wish to focus on canon. Non-canon representations of the characters will be allowed within these AUs. Hi! I'm Mimca, the host of this zine!
I've been organizing fan events in several popular fandoms (notably Sonic and Pokémon), mainly for French communities such as Nuzlocke France, for 8+ years now. I've started participating in zines in late 2020. Notably, I've been the Social Media Mod for All Hail Shadow! and am the current Social Media Mod for Sonic World Adventure. I hope you're as impatient as I am to see this project unfold! ⭐

Hey, I go by Sony, I'm a bit of a chaotic creator, mostly an artist and a writer, and have been a Sonic fan for 17 years but only recently got into zines. This is my 4th zine overall and the 2nd I'm an Intern for! As for Sonic & Shadow, lil' me loved seeing them on the same screen, always gushing about what "great friends" they are, took me till 2015 to realise I actually ship them in any and all ways, and Live & Learn is just perfect for that =D
Hi there, I'm Nova! My first Sonic game was Sonic Adventure 2: Battle for the Gamecube when it released in 2002, and I've been a fan of the series ever since. I'm also one of the Interns over at Project Chao, so I'm excited to be a part of this zine as well, because Sonic and Shadow have a special place in my heart.
